Projects That Are Easy When It Comes To Making Money With The Internet

by Court Tuttle

It's time for another blog post! Most bloggers who have been in the business for a while go through a period of time when they feel less energized, less motivated and even less inspired. And perhaps their readers are feeling the very same way.

This happens to everyone at one point and is totally normal. This can become the period in a bloggers' life when they give up rather than pushing themselves over that hump. One thing that can help is to start some kind of a project. Here are some examples.

Group writing projects are easy, fun and rewarding in many ways for many bloggers. They are interactive, having your readers involved and engaging with you and others. Also the link backs are a bonus for all involved and it improves your ranking.

Another fun, yet easy project is a well-run competition. People in general, like to be involved in games to win. This project draws new readers (and regular ones) to do something with others and it grabs a lot of attention to your site.

This next idea is a project but away from the 'easy' concept. In fact, it could turn into a program all its own. You should not drop your blogging at the expense of any of these new ventures, but use the new material to build upon it.

The new project is that of creating a mentoring program related to the niche of your website. This could be very profitable if you manage to structure and promote it adequately. People are willing to pay for online knowledge.

Instead of going into each project individually, I will offer just simple ideas to shake up the regular post and they are: ask your readers questions, encourage readers to Dig your posts, write "Top 10 Lists", use email interviews.

Other ideas are: use a "series" posting, share what has and what has not worked for you and ask readers to respond with their experiences, for five weeks teach the "Five Steps To Timeless Content" or other valuable blogs that readers will look forward to.

Ask for the reader's assistance such as: "I'm looking for 21 answers regarding b l a n k". Readers like to be helpful and needed.

Projects are often desired to be different and go beyond a single post. The idea is to do something that spices things up a little for both you as a blogger and for your readers. These projects can be effortless when it comes to making money with the Internet also.
