Stress And Your Everyday Life

by Aydan Corkern

Do you have any stress in your life? If you are among the thousands of people that work every day, then you have stress. We worry about everything, from getting to work on time and making sure that everything runs smooth to worrying what to have for dinner. To most people, stress is their way of life.

A little stress in life is okay but when it gets too heavy, then you will start noticing that you are starting to have health problems. If you worry about money problems, which, by the way, are the worst, you will start to have to take something for your stomach or maybe your head. If these problems keep getting worse you will keep having to take these medicines and this can lead to overdosing of these medicines. This will eventually send you to a doctor.

Stress can lead to all kinds of problems. It can make you feel like you are having a heart attack or so tired that you can't seem to do anything. It can make you tell yourself that you can't get out of bed.

With the government doing to us all the deals that they have dragged us into it is no wonder that we have to deal with so much. They put us into a war we didn't need, and now they are going to bail out some more companies and tack this on top of everything else.

We, the taxpayers of this country, should have a say in what this government is doing to us financially. We voted these people in their offices to help us and so far they haven't seem to do what is right by us. They keep bailing out these companies at our expense. They tell us that they won't raise our taxes, but who are they trying to kid? How else will this deal get paid for?

This government has put so much stress on the average person that now we don't know where to turn. We can't seem to be able to get to work because of maybe the gas being so high. Or maybe it has to do with the state you live in as wages are concerned.

I think that if a person's stress level has elevated to the boiling point, then they should slow down and look at all the things that had gotten them to this point in their life. They need to start out small to try to change it.
