Looking at celebrities like Jolie, Klum or Beckham, it seems that being pregnant and giving birth is a piece of cake. They get pregnant, you see some fancy pictures in magazines, they give birth and two days after, they look like before. Well, let me tell you: it does not really work like this for normal women.
You might have a chance if you can afford a maid, a nanny, a chef, a personal assistant and a personal diet advisor, but if you live a normal life, it works differently. I cant afford all that and my experiences during my first pregnancy and after birth were somewhat different.
During my first pregnancy I gained about 20 pounds. I am honest, it was not just the baby, I also enjoyed my chocolate whilst being pregnant. And then, after giving birth, it was impossible for me, to get rid of these pounds. No matter what I tried, it did not work. The reason was that it was too much for me, to take care of a newborn and, at the same time, cook special food for myself without taste and spices. And the worst was that I was constantly hungry.
So the whole losing weight after pregnancy thing was like a rollercoaster ride for me. 10 pounds down, 8 pounds up, 6 pounds down, 7 pounds up. There was no way, to get back in the same shape than before my pregnancy.
Then I got pregnant for the second time. And I was determined that things would be different this time. No chocolate during the pregnancy and this time I would lose my weight. I started to research wherever I could think of. Books, films, TV, magazines and internet, wherever I read or heard something about diet or weight loss I was there to research.
This was when I heard the first time about Hoodia Gordonii and about Hoodia diet. It sounded exactly like the thing I was looking for: a remedy which would help me to suppress my hunger during the period of weight loss and which would help me to lose weight and eat normal food.
Of course, even when I would be on the Hoodia Diet, I would have to stay away from cakes and chocolate. And even with the Hoodia Diet, I still would need some self discipline. But, after studying the whole literature, I was confident that I could cope with the necessary efforts of a Hoodia Diet.
Well, around fourteen days after my second child was born, I decided it was time to start with my Hoodia Diet. One capsule of pure Hoodia Gordonii with a large glass of water before every meal and my hunger should be gone. Thats how a Hoodia Diet is supposed to work.
To be honest, after the first three days, I still was quite disappointed, because the Hoodia Diet did not work as promised. I still was hungry and I wanted to eat the same as before the start of my Hoodia Diet. What I did not realise then was that my body needed to adjust to the Hoodia Diet.
Once my body was accustomed to the Hoodia Diet, it really worked. I took my Hoodia capsules before each meal and I really was eating less. Soon the effects of the Hoodia Diet started to show, I started to lose weight.
And I never looked back since. After 5 weeks of Hoodia Diet, I was more or less back on my old weight and since then, thanks to my Hoodia Diet, I am staying on this weight.
